Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Integration Specialist to join our Integration Services team. The Integration Specialist is responsible for converting blocks of plans to the organization’s recordkeeping system and facilitating the accurate transfer of the assets. Associates in this role also assist in the project management of the block conversions and coordinate responses to day-to-day client service requests during the process and work closely with managers and staff throughout the organization.

Responsibilities of the Position involve the ability to perform the following:

  • Coordinate the conversion of blocks of plans onto the recordkeeping system
  • Work closely with client and the management resources on developing the timeline for communications to the impacted plans and respective plan contacts
  • Ensure data is transferred accurately for all respective plans in the block conversion
  • Ensure accurate and complete information is available prior to receiving plan assets
  • Coordinate receipt and reconciliation of plan assets as well as allocation to participant accounts through documented review/approval processes
  • Coordinate receipt, reconciliation, and upload of participant loan information, if applicable
  • Coordinate receipt and upload of historical participant information from prior recordkeeper
  • Conduct website training with clients for payroll submission process and other day-to-day tasks
  • Provide reports to key plan contacts for review/approval throughout conversion process
  • Maintain internal reports/dependent systems with plan information for reporting purposes
  • Maintain open communication flow with Plan Sponsor, institutional partner, and Advisor throughout conversion process

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experienced with MS Office suite particularly Excel
  • Hands on experience with retirement plan recordkeeping systems (e.g. FIS Relius)
  • 1-3 years’ experience with Defined Contribution plans and a high level of proficiency in excel
  • Client relationship management experience preferred
  • QKA, QPA, CPC, ERPA or APA designations highly preferred
