Contest Rules and Regulations: From March 17 to March 31, 2010, subscribe to the American Trust e-Newsletter at americantrust.com. One winner will be selected in a random drawing for the Netbook computer on April 1, 2010. To enter, you must be 18 years of age or older. Employees of ATBancorp, Inc. and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. No payment, purchase, or donation is required and you need not be present to win. Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed. American Trust and its agencies assume no responsibility for damages, losses, or injury from acceptance, transportation, or use of the computer. Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone, or US Mail. The winner will be required to provide proper identification (including picture ID and Social Security number) to redeem the prize and be responsible for all applicable taxes.
