To help us maintain our standards, we have implemented a confidential Fraud Hotline as a resource for our employees, clients, suppliers, and service providers. The hotline is provided independently through Wipfli CPAs and Consultants, and it provides three easy ways to report suspicion of fraud, theft, or harassment at American Trust anonymously and without fear of repercussions.

To report any suspicions you may have, you may contact the Fraud Hotline in one of three ways:

Identify American Trust & Savings Bank, Dubuque, Iowa, institution number 76247. Clearly state what has occurred including the names of the people involved. Your identity will not be disclosed. An investigation will be conducted and appropriate actions taken.
