Available Positions:

Mortgage Loan Closer

Full-time position responsible for preparation of mortgage loan files for closing; including document preparation and communication with Realtors and attorneys.


Ideal candidates should have good math and computer skills and have the ability to work independently and perform multiple tasks to meet required deadlines. Prior experience in a mortgage lending related field is preferred.


Account Manager

Full-time position in Retirement Planning Department as an Account Manager. Responsibilities will include maintaining and building existing customer relationships through ongoing services, including but not limited to preparation and delivery of annual service reviews, plan design and document reviews, and investment education meetings. Applicant must have demonstrated ERISA knowledge, with strong organizational skills, detail-oriented approach, proficient in P.C. applications specifically Excel / Word, and be able to work in a team environment. Prior account management experience strongly desired. A minimum of two-three years of Retirement industry experience is required.


Enrollment Specialist

American Trust has an opening for an Enrollment Specialist to work in its Retirement Planning Department. This position will be responsible for conducting 401 (k) enrollment and other retirement education meetings for both new and existing plans.


General investment experience and 401 (k) plan product knowledge is strongly preferred. Some regional travel will be required. Preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone to join a growing department.
