Internet banking is safer and easier with Secure Sign On,
a new security feature we have implemented to further protect you and your
online accounts. Secure Sign On involves two steps. The first is a picture
with a phrase you select to be displayed each time you log on. The second
is simply verification that it’s you. This may be done with a few
simple questions. This security software provides additional protection
for Internet transactions, but don’t forget to install regular security
software for firewall, anti-virus, and spyware protection on your PC.
Our Internet banking has changed too. Each screen now has top navigation
bars and new “quick links” to get you where you want to go faster.
We have added customer services features such as “Online help”,
“how do I...?,” “terms”, and “frequently asked
questions” now on every page for easy access. For those who use our
Online Bill Pay, there is a smart calendar to help you schedule payments,
and improved navigation to move you easier through the bill payment screens.
