Freedom Line
Our Freedom Line provides you the peace of mind to lock a
portion of your home equity line at a fixed rate of interest any time you
choose. You can have up to three fixed rate loans open at one time, $5,000
minimum balance required. This includes your original line of credit (minimum
$10,000) which stays open and available to you. Any principal reduction
you make on your fixed loan goes right back onto your line, free to use
again at your discretion. Now that’s flexibility!
In addition, you have the convenience of setting up a personalized payment
schedule. Choose to make payments weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly. Pay by
check, autopay, or by Internet banking. Choose the day of the month that
works best for you in conjunction with your paycheck.
