Commercial Lending Support Specialist

American Trust office in Dyersville has an opening for a position that will assist lending officers with loan preparation, documentation and ongoing maintenance of customer accounts.

This position will assist the lenders in a variety of functions to assure that all documentation is completed upon the approval of the loan.

Candidates should have 2-3 years of finance or accounting experience.

Previous lending preparation work is a plus.

Strong computer and interpersonal skills are required.

Financial Service Representative

American Trust has an opening for a full-time Financial Service Representative at our Econofoods office.

This position performs teller and new account duties.

If you have strong customer service skills and enjoy working with people, please send your resume.

Safe Deposit/Bond Service Representative

Provides assistance to customers requiring the safe deposit vault service and performs the issuing function for payroll and bond-a-month Series EE and I Savings Bonds in the Main Bank Lobby as well as the responsibility for total bank supply of all Series EE and I Bond stock.

Delivers a superior level of service and is alert to the needs of customers by suggesting bank services and products that help meet those needs.

Also performs in the capacity of a Teller as needed.
