Eric Wilson is Market President of American Trust in Central Iowa. As Market President, Eric is responsible for managing relationship development with commercial/business developers, contractors, real estate investors, and community leaders, focusing on providing unparalleled client service with strong, local decision making.

Eric joined American Trust in 2005, bringing with him more than 11 years of commercial lending experience in Central Iowa. Prior to joining American Trust, he was Vice President and Commercial Banking Market Manager for Commercial Federal Bank in West Des Moines, Iowa, and worked in similar capacities at First American Bank, Community State Bank, and Mercantile Bank. Eric holds a BA in Finance from Iowa State University and is active with the Iowa Homeless Youth Centers in Des Moines and Youth and Shelter Services in Ames.

Prior to joining American Trust, he was a Vice President and Commercial Banker for Commercial Federal Bank in West Des Moines, Iowa. Jeff holds a BA in Finance from Iowa State University and is actively involved in the community.

Tom Rude is Vice President, Commercial Banking of American Trust in Central Iowa. Tom joined American Trust in 2005, bringing with him 20 years of lending experience. Prior to joining American Trust, he was Vice President Commercial Banking for Commercial Federal Bank in Des Moines, Iowa, and worked in a similar capacity for Security Bank Jasper-Poweshiek. Thomas holds a BA in Agriculture Business and Finance from Iowa State University and is a graduate of the National Commercial Lending Graduate School.
